I am a member of the Social Security System but since I’ve been a member way back 1998, I never failed to make my SSS online inquiry system. It was allowed and in full function but today, it isn’t anymore. I wonder why is this so.
One of the features of the online inquiry system which is sign up of new account as well is not functioning. So where will this lead the SSS members? How will those working in the office and had no time to make an inquiry in person to the nearest branch be able to inquiry about their static information, loan contribution and premium remittance? How?
